Weight Control

Did you know that "weight" is one of the least relevant measurements because weight does NOT distinguish between LEAN MASS (muscle) and FAT MASS (fat)? It does NOT tell us about the structure of our body.

As you can see in the image above, two people can have the same height, the same weight, and yet look completely different. Why? Because their BODY STRUCTURE is DIFFERENT—one has more weight in FAT, and the other has more weight in MUSCLE MASS.

If you look at the image below, all the girls weigh the same, but they look entirely different, depending on factors like volume, age, height, etc.

A kilo of fat occupies almost TWICE THE VOLUME of a kilo of MUSCLE. The density of each is different, which explains the difference in appearance (fuller and flabbier versus leaner and more toned).

So forget to control only your weight! Remember that what truly matters is your body fat percentage and volume measurements. Keep in mind that achieving a healthy weight requires making changes to your lifestyle, including a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
